Run More One

Support

Run More One is made by a small team. Write to us and a person will answer.

[email protected]

It helps if your message includes:

  • Your iPhone model and iOS version.
  • The week you were playing (the number on the home screen, for example "wk 37").
  • What you expected and what happened instead. A screenshot is welcome.

You never need to send us Health data. We cannot read it, and we do not want it.

Common questions

My run isn't showing up as turns.

Run More One reads running workouts and walking-and-running distance from Apple Health. Check three things:

  • The run is in the Health app, under Workouts or under Walking + Running Distance. If it is not there, the app that recorded it has not synced to Health yet.
  • Run More One has Health access. Open Settings, then Health, then Data Access & Devices, then Run More One, and make sure both categories are allowed.
  • The run is from this week. Distance counts toward the week it was run in, and a week seals on Monday.

The app syncs when it comes to the foreground. If a run is in Health and still missing, close the app fully and open it again.

How much running is one turn?

Ten metres is one turn, so one kilometre is one hundred turns. Distance is banked to the metre.

I ran out of turns mid-dungeon.

That is the game working as designed: the week's dungeon waits where you left it until you run again. Any distance you add this week resumes the same delve.

The dungeon won't download.

Each week's dungeon downloads once and then plays offline. The download needs a signal, so try again on Wi-Fi or with a stronger connection. If it keeps failing, make sure you are on the latest version from the App Store, then write to us with the week number.

Last week's dungeon is locked.

A week that has ended stays sealed. Seal Breaker, available as a monthly or annual subscription or a one-time lifetime unlock, reopens past weeks. The week you are in is always free, and nothing you can buy grants turns.

I bought Seal Breaker but past weeks are still locked.

Open the Free delver badge on the home screen and tap Restore Purchases. Purchases are tied to your Apple Account, so make sure you are signed in with the one you bought with. If restoring does not help, write to us with the date of the purchase.

How do I cancel or manage the subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions, or Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions. Cancelling keeps access until the end of the paid period. The lifetime unlock is a one-time purchase and has nothing to cancel.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue them ourselves.

Does the app track me or share my data?

No. Health data is read on your device and never sent anywhere. There is no account, no login and no advertising identifier. The privacy policy lists every signal the app can emit; none of them carries a number from your running.

I deleted the app and lost my progress.

Everything lives only on your phone, because nothing is sent to us. Deleting the app deletes the wallet, the journal and the Hall of Heroes with it, and we have no copy to restore. Purchases are the exception: they can be restored from your Apple Account.

Is there an Android or Apple Watch version?

No. Run More One is an iPhone app built on Apple Health. Runs recorded on an Apple Watch count, because the Watch writes them to Health.
